How is the weather !

How is the weather 

Out there, and deep in yourself

How do you feel, from inside

Is it raining outside but still the heart feels dry ?

Is it winter outside but your body sweating ?

Or maybe the sun is shining out but your brain feels cloudy ? 

It happens, and it’s totally okay

If you’re feeling completely the opposite way

Of how it is around you

Or even if you’re feeling the same or nothing

Or too much of everything

That’s okay, just feel yourself

Watch your emotions, let them be there

Don’t you dare!

Question them, or beat them away,

They won’t go and will come hitting back,

Because they just need a caress, a touch of love, not hate,

They’ll slowly move their own way,

Old feelings shall paas, new will arrive

Just like how the weather changes for the earth to thrive

The feelings , the emotions

All good and bad

Strong and weak

Happy and sad

Love, anger, anxious, jealous, fear and so many more

They’re all the feelings our body needs

To express itself, absorb the happenings

Around us, and within, so let’s take care of them,

And in turn, take care and love ourselves, 

Feel ourselves more of what we truly are

Day by day, to become the self we are!
